At Apex Renovation & Construction, we take great pride in providing exceptional remodeling services for commercial spaces, including leasing offices for apartment complexes. Our recent project involved a complete overhaul of a leasing office, resulting in a space that is both functional and visually stunning.

One of the key challenges of this project was optimizing the office’s flow to enhance employee productivity and comfort. To achieve this, we performed extensive framing modifications and wall removal, creating a more ergonomic layout that promotes efficient workflow.

We also incorporated a coffer ceiling into the main leasing office area to create the illusion of a higher ceiling, which enhances the overall sense of spaciousness and openness in the space. Additionally, we replaced all sheetrock and textures, ensuring that every surface was up-to-date and modern.

To further elevate the office’s aesthetic appeal, we added custom cabinetry, crown molding, and accent lighting. We also installed glass partition walls between the office and gym, creating a seamless transition between the two spaces.

Finally, we modernized the building’s exterior with the addition of store front glass and entrance doors, which not only give the building a contemporary look but also make a positive first impression on visitors.
